Services
A detailed breakdown of what we deliver, and how it's billed
Each service below is a defined engagement type with its own typical scope, deliverables and billing structure — spanning enterprise B2B infrastructure and high-volume C2B ecosystems. Commercial terms are always finalised in a signed Statement of Work.
Cloud Infrastructure Audits
A structured, evidence-backed review of an existing cloud environment, delivered as a prioritised findings report the client's own team can action.
Typical scope
- •Architecture review across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- •Cost efficiency and unused-resource analysis
- •IAM and access-control assessment
- •Resilience and disaster-recovery gap analysis
Deliverables & billing
- •Written findings report with prioritised recommendations
- •Findings walkthrough session with your technical team
- •Typically fixed-fee, agreed in the SOW before work begins
- •Single invoice on delivery and sign-off of the report
API Design & Middleware
Bespoke API architecture and middleware engineering connecting internal systems, partners and third-party platforms.
Typical scope
- •REST and event-driven API design
- •Legacy-system and third-party integration
- •Middleware build, versioning and monitoring
- •Technical documentation and handover
Deliverables & billing
- •Working middleware/API, source and documentation
- •Milestone-based delivery for larger builds
- •Fixed-fee for defined scope, or time-and-materials for evolving scope
- •Invoiced per milestone as each is signed off in writing
C2B Platform Architecture
High-volume infrastructure engineering built to connect individual creators, self-employed contractors, and suppliers safely to core business systems.
Typical scope
- •Secure consumer/creator onboarding pipelines
- •High-frequency transaction & data ingestion design
- •Asynchronous event processing layers
- •Identity access management (IAM) for external users
Deliverables & billing
- •Scalable C2B integration components & security framework
- •Milestone-based delivery with rigorous stress testing
- •Fixed-fee or hybrid milestone billing structure
- •Invoiced per milestone upon written acceptance
Technical Advisory & DevOps
Fractional technical leadership for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and platform decisions.
Typical scope
- •CI/CD pipeline design and review
- •Infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform)
- •Platform and tooling decisions
- •Embedded advisory alongside your engineering team
Deliverables & billing
- •Agreed day-rate or block-hours arrangement
- •Defined weekly/monthly time commitment in the SOW
- •Monthly invoicing against logged, client-approved time
- •Renewable in fixed terms, not an indefinite auto-renewing retainer
Billing Terms
How and when you're invoiced
Fixed-fee engagements
Used for clearly bounded work such as audits or a defined API build. Price is fixed in the SOW; standard terms are 50% on signature and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Time-and-materials
Used for advisory and DevOps work where scope evolves. Billed monthly in arrears against logged, client-approved hours at the day-rate set out in the SOW.
Payment terms
Standard payment term is net 14 days from invoice date (placeholder — confirm your standard terms), payable by UK bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
Contract Structure
How our B2B & C2B contracts are structured
This is a plain-English summary for reference only and is not legal advice. Actual terms are set out in the signed MSA and SOW for each engagement.
Master Service Agreement (MSA)
A single overarching agreement covering confidentiality, data handling, liability and general terms — signed once per client, then referenced by every subsequent SOW.
Statement of Work (SOW)
A project-specific document under the MSA defining exact scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and the acceptance/sign-off criteria for that engagement.
Confidentiality & IP ownership
Client data and business information are treated as confidential under the MSA. Unless the SOW states otherwise, IP in custom deliverables (code, documentation) transfers to the client on full payment.
Liability & termination
Liability caps and termination notice periods are set out in the MSA and apply consistently across all SOWs, giving both parties a predictable exit path if an engagement needs to end early.
